Our first week has been great. Wish we could send some of this rain to Arizona!
LOVING THE FLOWERS
I don't think there are as many flowers on temple square as there are here. It is an amazing site. I have spent all week (when it was not raining) cutting off dead flower blossoms so that new ones would keep coming.
I have spent several days "deadheading" (cutting dead blossoms) on the little blue ageratums and the pink petunias that surround the monument.
There are beautiful trails everywhere and you could spend a couple of days seeing it all.
Right next door is a stake camp called Camp Joseph. All together the church owns 360 acres here.

We took the places of Elder and Sister Neff from
Loa, Utah ,and Elder Neff always wore a cowboy hat. Everyone around here loved it, so needless to say people were DELIGHTED when Mike showed up with the very same cowboy hat.
He is having a great time working around this beautiful place. There are beautiful stone walkways and stone walls, and the flower gardens are gorgeous.
(If any of you know how to do this blotspot thing please e-mail me. It is driving me crazy. It won't let me put the pictures where I want them, and it really frustrates me. I could use a little help.)
We are having a great time. Hope you are too. Love to everyone.
